All the Realstar CE machines are fully SED compliant and are supplied by Dane Realstar with the following options fitted as standard: Drying control, automatic soap doser, soundproof fridge cover, still suction, inverter motor drive, second separator and water purifier. Optional extras available with these machines include ‘Polar’ solvent refrigeration system and automatic still pump out. All major components are manufactured from high grade stainless steel.
THE REALSTAR R RANGE

The ‘T’ range is offered in a slimline format with two solvent tanks and

The ‘M’ range of three tank machines is available with capacities between 18kg to 40kg.
The ‘M’ range is also available as a modular system giving increased production capacity.
For the drycleaner who wants the safety of a less aggressive solvent, then the choice is Hydrocarbon and the new synthetic solvent manufactured under the Green Earth label. Both solvents ideal for suede and leather cleaning, plus delicate silk fabrics. A complete range of machines that offer a professional alternative for the most demanding of clients, designed to ensure maximum safety when using hydrocarbons or Green Earth solvents with a flashpoint above 56°C. These machines have been designed according to the strictest international environmental regulations and therefore safeguard both the environment and the operator.
